This welcoming and well-resourced school caters for pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism (ASC) and Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD). The team prides itself on creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child is valued and supported to achieve their full potential.

🔸 The Role

Supporting pupils with autism, SLD and other complex needs

Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support

Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation and classroom management

Helping to create a safe, engaging and positive learning environment

Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff and families

🔸 What We're Looking For

Experience working with children with SEN (ASC, SLD or similar) is highly desirable

A calm, patient and empathetic approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners

Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
