We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Mill Operative to join a well-established production team near Canterbury. This role offers consistent working hours, excellent training, and the chance to learn a unique operation within a supportive and skilled team.

You'll be joining a thriving and busy mill operation where full training is provided. The team is collaborative, experienced, and ready to support you as you take ownership of the dry line bagging process. Overtime is available and encouraged, allowing you to boost your earnings each week.

Hours: Monday to Friday, Standard: 07:30 - 16:30

Duties include:

* Operating the dry line bagging machinery

* Driving Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)

* Loading and unloading goods

* Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Supporting wider mill operations when required

Requirements:

* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)

* Previous experience in a production or mill environment is preferred but not required

* Willingness to learn and take on responsibility

* A positive attitude and good work ethic
