Vacancy details for Registered Manager:

We have an opportunity available for a Registered Manager to manage a small, specialist residential service for adult females with mental health needs who may have a dual diagnosis and associated complex needs, based in Basford, Nottingham.

The service provides 24-hour support and has a CQC rating as “overall good”.

Reporting into the Regional Manager, you will take the responsibility of the service and become the Registered Manager, leading and directing your team, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained, exceeding CQC and other regulatory bodies' expectations.

We are looking for natural leaders, who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of vulnerable people. Previous experience of working in this sector is essential.

Skills / Experience / Qualifications:

* A dedicated and resilient leader, with experience of managing services specialising in Learning Disabilities, or Autism or Mental Health

* Experience of managing and leading a team of support staff.

* Ability to build strong working relationships with social services, commissioners, families, member of staff etc.

* Relevant health and social care management qualifications

* Able to motivate your staff team and navigate your way through challenging times.

* Confident when dealing with CQC legislation and quality standards.
