We're recruiting for a Projects Coordinator to join a busy, collaborative team in Poole on a 12-month fixed term contract. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, supporting multiple teams and helping maintain exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities:As a Projects Coordinator, you'll support the successful delivery of customer and internal projects by:
Coordinating customer project tasks including logo and product set ups
Managing kitted codes, PIM amendments and consignment changes
Supporting onboarding activity and wider project delivery
Producing commercial invoices accurately and on time
Assisting with general and ad-hoc order processing when required
Contributing to internal development projects and system improvements
What we're looking for:To succeed as a Projects Coordinator, you'll ideally have:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
A proactive, self-motivated approach with a 'can-do' attitude
High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
Good problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability
