Commercial Lettings Manager - Chesterfield Francesca's Recruitment Ltd is urgently seeking an experienced Commercial Lettings Manager to join a forward-thinking property team based in Chesterfield. Location: Chesterfield Hours: Flexible - Full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm) or Part-time (3-4 days per week) Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits Perks: On-site parking, inclusive company culture, and regular social events

Responsibilities include:

Managing commercial property lettings, lease negotiations, and rent reviews

Overseeing block property management and coordinating site operations

Conducting valuations, property inspections, and producing accurate reports

Delivering high-level client service and resolving queries professionally

Liaising with contractors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders

*

Preparing reports to support business growth and portfolio expansion

Candidate requirements:

Proven experience in commercial lettings, block management, or surveying

*

Strong knowledge of property law, lease structures, and compliance

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Veco preferred)

*

Excellent negotiation, organisational, and communication skills

*

Degree in Property Management or a related field (RICS accreditation desirable)

*
