Willowmere Care Centre is a specialist care home in Barnet, North London supporting adults with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions. The home offers 119 purpose designed bedrooms and delivers clinically led care within a structured, supportive environment focused on dignity, stability and wellbeing.

Business Administrator

  • 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract

Role Overview
As Business Administrator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth, organised and compliant running of the care home, supporting both operational and administrative functions within a complex care environment.

Working closely with the Home Manager and wider management team, you will oversee key administrative systems including resident records, staff files, payroll support and compliance documentation. You will ensure all records are accurate, up to date and maintained in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

You will act as a key point of contact for residents, families, visitors and professionals, providing a professional and welcoming experience while managing enquiries and supporting communication across the home.

You will also support reporting, audits and general office operations, helping to ensure the home runs efficiently and all administrative processes are well organised. Your role will contribute to maintaining a structured, professional environment that supports both staff and residents.

What We Are Looking For

  •  Strong administrative and organisational skills
  •  Experience managing office systems, records or databases
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  •  Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential
