Our client, a reputable Private Equity House based in the West-End, is seeking a team assistant to join their team. This is an amazing company with beautiful offices and a great company culture. The role is a really exciting opportunity to support their Real Estate Team; a growing, ambitious and super social bunch of people.
The ideal candidate must have some comparable experience, ideally in professional service. The successful candidate is likely to be a graduate with 2-3 years comparable experience, demonstrating the ability to support numerous people and multi-task. Personality is of course also key. We are looking for someone bright, dynamic with a great sense of humour.
The role will involve: Managing diaries, organising meetings, conference calls; booking international travel: flights, accommodation, transfers; conferences registration and co-ordination; monthly expenses; preparing documents for meetings; restaurant bookings, taxies; printing/binding documents; ad hoc tasks.
Immediate candidates will be prioritised as this is to start as soon as possible.
