Job Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations.

Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations, advocating effectively on their behalf.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement.

Draft, review, and amend legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to optimize case outcomes and client satisfaction.

Person Specification

Possession of a valid and current Law Society Practicing Certificate or a Bar Council certificate with litigation capability confirmed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Proven track record of successful litigation and client representation.
