We're looking for a creative and caring Activities Coordinator to join a friendly care team. You'll plan and deliver engaging activities that promote well-being for residents with dementia and mental health needs.

Key Duties:

• Organise and lead meaningful daily activities

• Encourage participation and social interaction

• Maintain records and support individual needs

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with elderly or dementia care

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and organised
