Lead the day-to-day at a high-profile hospitality destination with a mix of cafes, restaurants, pop-ups, and events. This is a dynamic, 7-day-a-week operation where you'll shape guest experiences, drive commercial performance, and manage a large, passionate team.

Your Day Might Include:

Leading and inspiring a team of 150+ to deliver outstanding service

Collaborating with chefs and stakeholders to ensure quality and innovation

Managing £10m+ turnover, budgets, and in-house sales

Overseeing multiple outlets and creating exceptional guest experiences

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in high-volume, multi-site hospitality leadership

A passion for great food, people, and continuous improvement

Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills
