Head of Construction Recruitment - £50,000 + Car + Performance related pay

This is your opportunity to step into a Head of Division role and take ownership of our Construction Recruitment arm from the very beginning. What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading the setup and growth of our construction recruitment division
• Building and managing client relationships across the construction sector
• Developing strategies to scale operations and manage major accounts
• Sourcing and placing skilled and general labour across projects in the region
• Growing and mentoring a future recruitment team
• Working closely with the director on strategy, business development, and expansion
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in construction recruitment (agency side)
• A strong network in the construction or M&E sectors
• Someone ambitious, entrepreneurial and full of drive — a builder, not just a biller
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
• Commercially minded and highly driven
