Description

Maintain our ISO9001 Management System and lead the update to ISO14001, coordinating across all departments
Identify and implement processes to meet client requirements and expectations
Drive continuous improvement and develop corrective actions for non-conformities
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits of our management systems
Lead validation of new products to ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Address customer complaints and requests in coordination with After Sales
Manage supplier homologations, audits, and monitoring
Respond to public administration requests regarding environmental aspects
Lead and develop a team of quality professionals
Participate in setting departmental objectives and monitor results
Represent the company with external stakeholders including auditors, suppliers, clients, and public administration

Profile

As the Quality & Environment Manager you will be able to demonstrate

Ideally Degree qualified or equivalent in an engineering discipline
Demonstrable Quality Management experience gained in a manufacturing environment
Expert knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO14001 standards
Strong understanding of quality and environmental management systems
Supplier Quality
Team leadership and people development skills
