Our client is a well-established, award-winning IFA business, set up during the early 1990s. The firm’s aim is to provide simple and professional advice to make sure all their clients achieve their financial goals - a philosophy which hasn’t changed in over than 30 years.
THE ROLE
Due to an imminent departure in the business, the firm is now keen to hire an IFA Administrator to join its Support Team. The position is office-based with flexible hours. Reporting to the Head of Administration, the IFA Administrator's key duties will include:
- Provide administrative support to the financial advisers, servicing new and existing clients.
- Use various programs such as Intelligent Office and Volume.
- Navigate through different provider platforms.
- Process relevant applications.
- Written and verbal communication with the administration team, Financial advisers, other providers and clients.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates interested in the IFA Administrator vacancy will need the following criteria:
- Ideally possess previous IFA administration experience although ambitious candidates keen to progress in FS will also be considered
- Live a commutable distance from Cheam, Surrey
- Happy to work in an office full-time
REMUNERATION / PACKAGE
The package for the IFA Administrator vacancy is as follows:
- Salary up to £35,000
- 5% annual bonus
- Pension (employer 5%, employee 3%)
