Field Technician - Annual Salary: £28,000 to £32,000 dependent on experience

We are seeking a Field Technician with expertise in MFPs (Multi-Function Printers) and/or Printers. This role involves providing post-sales implementation and technical support services, including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance. You will be working in Bristol and the surrounding areas, with occasional travel to Wales.
Day-to-day of the role: - Install, maintain, and diagnose faults in printer machines as per Company Guidelines and SLAs on specified MFP equipment.
- Provide post-sales/implementation and technical support services to customers including installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and maintenance.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding operation and malfunctions, advising on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Train customers to be proficient in the use of their equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - A full driver’s licence and the flexibility to travel with the role.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to display tact and diplomacy in difficult situations.
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
- Proven Electromechanical Skills.
- Ability to support the department with networking of machines to client systems.
