This logistics company is seeking a Customer Service Representative who has experience in air freight, cartage, or trucking. You will answer phones, enter orders, work on computers, and schedule pick-ups and deliveries. There is an opening on both first and second shifts.
Qualified candidates must have previous customer service experience, must have experience in the air freight, cartage, or trucking industry, must have a professional and articulate phone presence, and must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
