✅ Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the home in line with company care values and CQC expectations

*

Ensure excellent clinical standards and resident-centred care

*

Support and develop a high-performing staff team

*

Manage budgets, resources and compliance requirements

*

Work closely with stakeholders, commissioners, and internal quality teams

🔍 About You

*

NMC-registered nurse with current pin

*

Strong track record managing a large nursing home

*

Expertise in dementia, elderly care and long-term conditions

*

Excellent leadership, team-building, and decision-making skills

*

Deep understanding of CQC regulations and the Single Assessment Framework
