We are an established and growing construction business now launching a brand-new Mechanical & Electrical division. We're looking for a driven M&E Manager with a strong electrical background to lead, grow, and develop this new arm of the business.

The Role

This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you will be responsible for building the division from the ground up. Key responsibilities include:

Leading all M&E operations from install to completion

*

Managing budgets, costs, procurement, and commercial performance

*

Delivering projects from an existing work stream within the construction business

*

Securing additional external projects to grow the division

*

Overseeing teams, subcontractors, and project delivery

*

Providing technical leadership, especially on electrical systems

*

Working directly with clients and representing the business professionally

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Electrically biased with excellent technical knowledge

Confident in mechanical and plumbing understanding

Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and profitability

Professional, client-facing, and able to build strong relationships

Experienced in managing people or leading teams
