The is owned and operated by one of the UK’s largest care groups and specialises in elderly and disability nursing care. Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Staff Nurse vacancy and what the successful candidate can expect to receive:
• 38.5 hours per week - days and nights available (In rotation)
• Competitive hourly pay rates of £17.85 (NHS Band 6 equivalent), the overtime rate is £23.74 per hour (NHS Band 8a equivalent)

• A refer a friend bonus scheme As RGN/RMN/RNLD Staff Nurse, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care. What we are looking for in a Nurse:
• NMC Registered Nurse - Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disability/RNLD Nurses will all be considered for this role
• Ideally demonstrate some post-registration experience (preferably within an elderly and dementia care setting) although newly qualified nurses will also be considered for this position
• Preceptorship offered to newly qualified nurses and to nurses who are starting their first nursing position in the UK
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
