Do you have excellent customer service experience? 

Do you have experience working with Microsoft office? 

Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively  with our client in recruiting a Projects Administrator  to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email, ensuring all enquiries are responded too within the SLA 

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £27k depending on experience, plus Christmas show down, 25 days holiday plus more 

This role is Full-time and permanent. The hours of work will be  Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00 Friday 08:00 to 15:30 or extra 30 minutes Mon-Thurs to finish 13:00 Friday (request on starting)

Your responsibilities will include:

Be the first point of contact for all enquiries, ensuring they are added to the CRM system and passed to the relevant department 
Distribution of service post when required 
Arrange all engineers hotel and travel accommodation

The ideal candidate:

Minimum 1 years experience working within administration or customer service
Be able to work to tight deadlines 
Is used to working with all Microsoft packages
