The Company:
A UK based FM company who deliver 24/7/365 maintenance throughout the UK supported by our regional office network. We deliver engineering excellence across a wide range of buildings - from hospitality venues, grocers, health care, educational establishments, Government buildings and commercial properties.

The Role:
As a mobile maintenance engineer you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of electrical building services across various commercial buildings covering the South East - (Eastleigh, Basingstoke, Crawley, Redhill etc)

You will be predominantly working on electrical services although you will still be required to carry out general PPM's.

The person:

It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role and that you are a fully-qualified electrician.

Salary:

Up to £45k depending on experience, 30 minutes travel each way unpaid, but then any travel after that is paid, private use of van, 21 Days holiday plus Bank holidays, 3%/5% pension.
Call out rota is 1 in 8 - Standby allowance is £150
40 hour week
