We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Quantity Surveyor to join our project delivery team in Lichfield. This role will involve day-to-day commercial management on-site, supporting construction operations through effective cost control, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement. You will play a key part in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.

• Oversee all commercial activities on-site, ensuring accurate cost reporting and effective cost control.
• Prepare valuations, manage variations, and handle interim and final accounts.
• Monitor site progress and compare actual costs with budgets, advising the site team accordingly.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and payments.
• Collaborate with the site manager and project team to ensure contractual and commercial success.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly commercial reports to the Senior QS/Commercial Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and relevant contractual obligations.
• Attend regular site meetings and provide commercial input to decision-making.
