Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Manager, you'll lead both the front-of-house and workshop teams to deliver an exceptional aftersales experience. Your duties will include:

Driving service and workshop performance to meet and exceed KPIs.
* Delivering an outstanding level of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Managing daily operations and improving processes to increase efficiency.
* Overseeing compliance, training, and development across the service team.
* Collaborating with the parts and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Reporting to senior management on departmental performance and progress.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: Previous experience as a Service Manager within a franchised dealership environment is highly desirable.
* Leadership: Proven ability to manage and motivate large teams across workshop and service departments.
* Results Driven: Focused on achieving targets while maintaining a strong customer-first approach.
* Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and effective communicator at all levels.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital systems and modern service management tools.
* Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
