Manufacturing Operative
Location: Norwich
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (with increase after probation)
 
Select Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established production team in Norwich, specialising in high-quality UPVC windows and doors.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Fabricating premium brand UPVC windows and doors using appropriate machinery and tools
Manufacturing frames, working in a loading, and unloading bay
Maintaining high standards of product quality and contributing to factory productivity targets
Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety procedures on site
Taking part in continuous learning and development within the role
Shift Options:

Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 05:45 - 15:15, Friday 05:45 - 13:30
Night Shift: Monday to Thursday 17:00 - 04:00
What We're Looking For:

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
Willingness to learn and follow Health & Safety guidelines
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
