The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in delivering a stimulating and safe learning environment for children aged 0-5. You'll be responsible for supporting children's development across all areas, contributing to planning and observations, and working closely with parents and carers to support each child's learning journey.

What We're Looking For

A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent (essential)

Experience working in a nursery setting (placement or paid work)

A good working knowledge of the EYFS framework

A caring and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for early childhood development

Understanding of safeguarding, child development, and inclusive practice

A reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to teamwork
