A primary school in N17 is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support children in Reception and KS1, primarily on a 1:1 basis. The school prioritises high-quality education and a caring and supportive learning environment.

About the Role:

- Supporting children 1:1, while also engaging with the wider class
- SEND experience essential to provide tailored support
- Assisting with phonics, and intervention groups
- Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to enhance learning

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with SEND pupils in a primary school setting
- Strong phonics and numeracy skills (familiarity with Read Write Inc if possible)
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and support their development
