Daily tasks include:
- Completing LPE1 Sales Packs
- Liaising with Property Managers in dealing with Sales pack queries
- Monitoring of incoming payments
- Raising invoices using Sage
- Issuing Notice of Transfers, Certificates of Compliances
- Liasing with Credit Control with regards to Sales in Progress
- Liaising with the Accounts Department regarding change of ownership and correspondence details
- Company Secretarial Administration
- Other duties as and when required.
Experienced is required with someone who has experienced with Sage, Excel, knowledge of Sales Packs/Transfers, Company Secretarial Admin and Certificates of Compliance alongside strong eye to detail and good communicational skills!
