This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with accounts payable experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive environment that offers clear progression opportunities.The RoleAs an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance team with the day-to-day processing of supplier invoices and ensuring payments are managed accurately and efficiently.Key Responsibilities

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
• Preparing and processing supplier payment runs
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
• Handling supplier queries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end processes
• Assisting the wider finance team with ad-hoc duties when required

About You

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance administration role
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Confident working with finance systems and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and colleagues
• A proactive and team-focused approach

What’s on Offer
