Novara People is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Business Development Manager to join the business.
This role is suited to someone who knows recruitment, understands sales, and has a proven track record of generating revenue. You'll have the autonomy to build and grow your own desk, whether that's within industrial, engineering, or construction markets, across temp or perm.
We're not looking for someone to “learn the ropes” we want someone who can hit the ground running and add value from day one.
As the business continues to expand, there is genuine opportunity to shape your own progression. This isn't a fixed structure your growth will reflect the impact you make, giving you the chance to take on more responsibility and play a key role in building the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Business development - winning new clients and building long-term relationships
Managing the full recruitment cycle (temp or perm)
Generating and managing your own pipeline
Delivering against billing targets
Maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
Working with autonomy while contributing to overall business growth

Skills:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or BDM
Background in industrial, engineering, or construction recruitment
Strong sales ability with a track record of billings
Self-motivated and commercially driven
Full UK driving licence
