About the Role

* Hours: 8am - 5pm

* Type: Full-time, Permanent

* Location: Mobile - Central & Greater London (within the M25)

* Call-Out Rota: 1 in 7 weeks

* Reporting To: Bishops Stortford Head Office

You'll deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites - working on heating, water systems, HVAC plant, and associated building services. You'll also participate in our 24/7/365 call-out rota as part of a supportive team.

Qualification and Specifications:

Essentials:

* Commercial gas certifications

* Building services experience

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Willingness to support other trades when needed.

Additional Qualifications (Desirable - attract enhanced salary):

* Oil, plumbing or electrical (salary enhancement considered)

Experience & Skills:

* Strong knowledge of commercial building systems

* Competent with fault finding across gas, heating, hot & cold-water systems

* Familiar with BMS, pumps, vessels, plate exchangers, valves, etc.

* Flexible, professional approach and great communication skills

* Proficient with PDA/tablet use
