Legal Cashier Role Overview

NC Associates are looking to recruit a Legal Cashier on behalf of a Failsworth based Law Firm. As the Legal Cashier you will have previous experience within a solicitors accounts department and will be up to date with Solicitors Accounts Rules.

Legal Cashier Responsibilities:

• Posting Payments, receipts and transfers in a timely and accurate manner
• Setting up of banking payments
• Processing all accounting transactions
• Checking bills and statements
• Performing Bank Reconciliations
• Card payments
• Processing Payments, BACS, CHAPS
• Dealing with Enquiries
• Ensuring the smooth running of the cash office

Legal Cashier Experience Required:

• Previous experience in a similar Legal Cashiering role
• Up to date with Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Strong organisational skills and communication skills
• Excellent time management
