German Speaking Customer Support - onsite
€1400 per month basic + up to €200 a month bonus + vouchers worth €100 per month
Our client is recruiting for Customer Support Agents to provide support on behalf of a leading eCommerce company.
This is an onsite role for now it is emails and live chat, no calls but this may change. The role will involve assisting customers with accounts and product support using a knowledge base to find the correct information to reply to the client.
The schedule is also Monday to Friday but may include weekends in the future.
Candidates should speak German to high C1 level and have at least B2 English, as the role requires a face to face interview candidates should already live in Greece.
