CNC Miller (Set/Operate/Program)
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Keighley
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours (flexitime + early Friday finish)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join our team in a hands-on role within a supportive and forward-thinking manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

* Program, set, and operate CNC machines

* Work with Doosan HM630 and Trevisan 31i machines

* Set machines “right first time”

* Carry out self-inspection to ensure quality standards

* Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

* Suggest and implement machining improvements

* Support and mentor apprentices

* Perform additional duties as required

* Proven CNC machining experience

* Ability to programme using Fanuc

* Strong understanding of Health & Safety

* Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards

* Understanding of 5S methodology

* Good communication and timekeeping skills

* Team player with a positive attitude

* Self-motivated and proactive approach

* Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
