Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Skelmersdale. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with 5-axis machining experience looking for a stable role with competitive pay and consistent hours.

CNC Programmer/Operator Key Responsibilities

Programming, setting, and operating 5-axis CNC machines
Producing high-quality components in line with engineering drawings and specifications
Using Powermill software to create and optimise CNC programs
Working with CMS machines (preferred)
Carrying out routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting issues
Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and targets
Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer/Operator
Strong experience with 5-axis CNC machining
Proficiency in Powermill software
Experience working with CMS machines is highly desirable
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
