The position involves providing senior people support during a period of change, partnering with leaders across the organisation, and overseeing a mix of strategic and hands‑on HR work. It's a 3-6 month assignment with 2-3 days on‑site in Nottingham, and requires someone with strong experience working within a schools environment.

Description

Partnering with Headteachers, School Business Managers and Governors
Leading senior HR advice across the full employee lifecycle
Managing complex casework (disciplinary, grievance, sickness)
Supporting restructures, workforce planning & senior recruitment
Ensuring compliance, safeguarding risk and embedding best practice
Contributing to people strategy while remaining hands‑on operationally
