Facilities Coordinator | Cambridge | Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)

Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive individual to oversee and maintain their facilities at their ever-growing Cambridge site. Our client operates in the Aerospace sector and due to their business expanding at a rapid rate, they are looking to expand their Facilities team.

As a Facilities Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out general maintenance across the site and coordinating with external contractors
Performing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) to meet SLAs and KPIs
Acting as a key holder and first responder
Ensuring compliance with safety procedures, risk assessments, and permits to work
Supporting production with emergency maintenance and machinery upkeep
Managing the Facilities Helpdesk and overseeing maintenance logs
Understanding and monitoring systems such as HVAC, plumbing, fire and security alarms
As the successful Facilities Coordinator you'll have:

Proven experience in a Facilities Maintenance role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
A mechanical and/or electrical qualification (or significant M&E experience - desirable)
Experience working within the engineering sector
Forklift and/or IPAF certification (desirable)
