Hygiene Manager

We're working with a market-leading chilled food manufacturer in Buckinghamshire, looking to appoint a Hygiene Manager to lead and develop their hygiene function on site.

As Hygiene Manager, you'll take full ownership of hygiene standards across the site, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and audit requirements. You'll lead, motivate, and develop the hygiene team while driving continuous improvement in cleaning practices and procedures. This is a particularly high pressure, hands-on leadership role where you'll work cross-functionally with Technical, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure the highest standards are consistently met.

More details:

* Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

* Location: Buckinghamshire

* Shift Pattern: 5 days on site Monday to Friday - Nights (flexible but MUST be able to work Friday night shift due to deep cleaning schedules)
