Job Purpose:

As a Paraplanner, you'll play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers in delivering smart, tailored financial plans for clients. From research and analysis to crafting top-tier reports, you'll undertake a highly varied interesting role.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Conducting in-depth technical research and analysis to support client goals

* Creating clear and accurate suitability reports across a wide range of financial advice areas - including pensions, investments, and more

* Helping enhance and streamline internal processes and workflows to boost team efficiency

* If you're highly experienced, you'll also play a role in mentoring junior paraplanners, sharing your knowledge and guiding team performance

Requirements:

* Proven experience in financial services, ideally within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) environment

* Strong knowledge of pensions and investments with sharp analytical skills

* Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified or actively working towards it

* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering top-notch work
