Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: £43,000 - £44,000

Location: Birmingham

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

The InVictus Group is recruiting for a Supervisor who is seeking a new opportunity to work on a prestigious contract in Birmingham based in an exciting building. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of 4 engineers and ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard. You will be required to ensure all PPM's and Reactive duties are completed and checked and report any arising issues back to senior management.

Responsibilities

· Supervise a team of 5 engineers

·Respond to all enquiries on site promptly.

·Carry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs.

·Follow planned preventative procedures and reporting any arising issues to the contract manager

·Ensure good relationships with clients and external customers.

·Perform rectification of defects, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met in accordance with the contract.

Requirements

·Supervisory / Lead experience

·Excellent client facing skills.

·Be able to provide references.

·17th Edition qualification.

· City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations
