We’re a warm, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Birmingham, and we’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join us this September. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering creative and inclusive lessons
• Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils, including those with SEN
• Creating a safe, positive, and stimulating learning environment
• Assisting with classroom setup, resources, and engaging display
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and a love of learning
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support individual needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., autism, ADHD, speech and language needs)
• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is a plus
