£26,000 Bonus | 40 hours per week | No Sundays | Progression opportunities

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure strong store performance. You’ll also take the lead at times, so confidence in lone working is essential.

Assistant Store Manager - What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations
• Delivering excellent customer service and driving sales through upselling and product knowledge
• Monitoring KPIs and ensuring targets are met
• Maintaining store standards and creating a positive customer experience
• Lone working when required, taking responsibility for the store
• Occasionally supporting other stores, so a full driving licence is essential

Assistant Store Manager - What we’re looking for:

• Retail management experience (Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager level)
• Strong understanding of KPIs and store performance
• Confident, motivated, and happy to work independently
• Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset
• Driving licence required
