Function: Recruiting, Selecting, Hiring, supervising of Field Associates. Client Service matching the needs of the clients with the skills and capabilities of the Field Associates. Marketing support and Client Development.
Reports To: Owner/Strategic-Partner
What is the basic purpose of the job?
• To develop repeat and referral business by filling clients’ needs with the appropriate Field Associates.
• To maintain an inventory of qualified, available Field Associates, through consistent, creative recruiting.
• Reach predefined goals in hours, gross profit.
• Taking/filling job orders, screening/evaluating/interviewing/hiring Field Associates.
• Always pursue excellence in quality to ensure a standard of service for the clients and supplemental employees.
• To make marketing calls that result in visits for the Strategic-Partner/Account Manager
• Develop business with current clients
