Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Resource Leads to support resource planning through accurate data provision.
* Develop and manage project programmes, schedules, and documentation in line with company standards.
* Communicate project scope and delivery timelines with internal teams and clients.
* Identify and escalate project risks and issues, contributing to operational improvement through lessons learned.
What We're Looking For
* Strong understanding of standard form contracts, especially NEC4 (preferred).
* Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO9001).
* Proven leadership in people management, coaching, and performance development.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all levels.
* Confident IT user with adaptability and quick learning ability.
