Set within a luxury care home, the focus is on delivering meals that are fresh, well-presented, and consistent. As Chef de Partie, you’ll run your section with confidence, staying hands-on in service and contributing to the overall standard of the kitchen.

 

Before You Apply

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef in a professional kitchen is required.
  • Experience working in a care home or similar environment is preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow menus while adapting for dietary and nutritional requirements
  • Keep your section organised, clean, and well-managed
  • Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
