Site Manager - Perry Barr, Birmingham - School Fitout

Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in internal refurbishments, fitouts and roofing works, and they are looking for a Site Manager to deliver an 8 week school fitout in Birmingham starting in July.

PManager will be expected to:

* Liase with the Project Manager daily

* Run weekly meetings

Coordinate/ book all trades

Skills/ Qualifications required:

SMSTS & CSCS Card

MUST have enhanced DBS (taken within the last 3 years)

First Aid Certificate

*

Previous School/College/Nursery Fitout experience
