Technical Compliance Coordinator

This role provides essential coordination support across technical compliance and sustainability administration within a fast-moving fresh produce environment. The successful candidate will ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory alignment, and timely reporting across a diverse supplier network.

Technical Compliance Coordinator Key Responsibilities

Coordinate collection and validation of supplier due diligence documentation

Maintain compliance records across internal and customer platforms

Support supplier approval workflows and onboarding processes

Conduct structured risk assessments and monitor ongoing compliance status

Administer chemical surveillance testing schedules and record outcomes

Update approved supplier listings in line with current requirements

Assist with recall and traceability testing activities

Compile and analyse environmental performance data for reporting

Technical Compliance Coordinator Key Skills and Experience

Degree in Food Science, Environmental Science or related discipline

Experience managing online compliance systems and data platforms

Strong Excel skills with ability to manage large datasets

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritise tasks within structured deadlines

Collaborative approach with clear written and verbal communication skills
