Tradewind Recruitment is working with an inclusive secondary school in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their specialist SEN department this September 2025.

The role includes supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH.

As an LSA, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN

• Aid the delivery of tailored interventions to support learning and emotional development

• Work alongside SENCO, Staff and Specialists to structure EHCP, IEP and adaptive learning plans

• Support behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment

Located in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, this school holds a well-established and inclusive SEN provision. The SEN team is experienced, collaborative, and passionate in pupil progress. Staff are offered and supplied regular developmental training, and new members of staff are inducted with support and guidance.
