A highly respected secondary school in Bath is seeking a dynamic Head of Science to lead their Science department from September 2025. The successful candidate will drive academic excellence, oversee curriculum strategy, and foster a culture of scientific curiosity and innovation.

About the Role
You will develop and implement a cohesive Science curriculum across Key Stages 3-5, working with a team of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics specialists. You'll oversee assessment and data analysis, coordinate cross-disciplinary STEM initiatives, and manage curriculum budgets and laboratory safety protocols.

Key responsibilities will include:
