Project Accountant - £45k - Peterborough

Platform Recruitment has partnered with a client that specialise in manufacturing technology for food production industry. They are looking for a project accountant who can help with weekly and monthly reporting to assist the business with decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare documentation and lead the Contract Profitability Reporting meetings.

• Completing month end WIP analysis file and posting the relevant journal for COS.

• Supporting the forecasting and budgeting process including accurately calculating forecasted sales

• Calculation and posting of turnover journals monthly following IFRS15.

Key skills:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Experience in a manufacturing organisation would be desirable.

• Part qualified or qualified - AAT, CIMA, ACCA or similar.
