RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Basingstoke for an Outreach Services Manager. This is a full time, permanent role and offers a salary of £28,753 per year.

As the Outreach Services Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing expert support for adults with a history of rough sleeping. Your role involves managing complex situations, influencing effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered accommodation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead staff teams to provide expert support and empower clients to achieve their goals.
• Improve service delivery based on feedback from clients, partners, and staff.
• Provide strategic leadership to reduce rough sleeping in Basingstoke, working closely with commissioners and partners.
• Lead multi-agency working and progress referrals into the service.
• Ensure accurate documentation of service outcomes and financial management.
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with external agencies.
• Represent the service and organization at strategic forums and operational working groups.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Comprehensive knowledge of rough sleeping and homelessness causes.
• Experience in staff team management, housing management, and budget management.
• Previous work with rough sleepers and socially excluded individuals.
• Understanding of benefits and housing benefits systems.
• Full driving license and access to own car for work purposes.

This role will be subject to DBS check at the relevant level.
