We're building a brand-new engineering team for AMP 8 - and this is your chance to be right at the heart of it.

This role is all about delivering exciting, high-value projects for one of the UK's largest water frameworks, with schemes ranging from £250k to £8M. You'll have the opportunity to shape processes, influence delivery, and work on projects that make a real difference to communities.

What you'll be doing as the Project Engineer

* Overseeing a varied portfolio of mechanical engineering projects across the Midlands.

* Managing budgets, timelines, and resources to keep projects on track.

* Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Working closely with the design team to develop safe, practical, and maintainable solutions.

* Ensuring the highest health & safety and quality standards are met.

What you'll need to be a successful Project Engineer

* Experience in the water industry (highly desirable).

* HNC/HND or degree in engineering.

* Similar experience to that of a Project Engineer or similar

* Strong understanding of CDM regulations and health & safety.

* Mechanical engineering background.

* Full UK driving licence.
